Also, this circuit includes activities such as sea sailing, island hopping, trekking, sightseeing, swimming, and snorkeling.

Additionally, the DOT also utilized rivers to stimulate livelihood and income opportunities in local communities.

The program is known as ILOG Tourism, which stands for Inclusive Local Growth through River Tourism.

This is recommended for visitors interested in river cruising, sailing, and/or kayaking.

The DonPiCaSo River Travel Experience

The DonPiCaSo River Experience in Sorsogon allows visitors to rediscover Mother Nature as they explore the Ogod River in Donsol, where they can do firefly watching while river cruising, the Malbog River in Pilar, the Pili-Dulangan River in Castilla, and the Buhatan River in Sorsogon City.

Famous for its leisurely cruise while enjoying the sight of fireflies sparkling in the night, the Buhatan River in Sorsogon also offers kayaking as part of its Eco-Adventure.

In addition, the DOT is creating new river experiences in the region, including the Talisay Mangrove and River Cruise in Masbate and the Manito Mangrove River Experience in Albay.

While these are already in place, the DOT is constantly improving them and exploring new activities along the riverbanks as well as opportunities for local communities to earn a living.

The Dive and Drive Tourism Corridor

This could be one of the most thrilling experiences of them all!

It connects the major dive destinations of the South Luzon Cluster, specifically Anilao in Batangas, Puerto Galera in Oriental Mindoro, and Ticao Island in Masbate.

Ticao Island has the best diving area in the Bicol Region and is one of the most interesting diving spots in the country.

The Mountain and Seaside Ride

Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the region as you travel along routes such as the Pili-Ocampo-Tigaon route in Camarines Norte and the newly built Camarines Sur Water Sports Complex bike trail.

Meanwhile, in Albay, you can take the Mayon 360 route, which circles the majestic Mayon Volcano, as well as the scenic route to Mt. Masaraga.

It also includes a seaside ride that connects Albay and Camarines Sur via the Joroan-Sangay Seaside route.

In Masbate, riders will be treated to a spectacular view of the ranches and rolling hills along Milagros and Balud.

Tri-Experiential Interprovincial Tour

Enjoy the culinary, religious, and agri-tourism treasures of Camarines Sur, Albay, and Sorsogon!

This tour, dubbed the Center of F.U.N (Farm, Faith, Food Under the New Normal), will highlight Naga City’s cultural heritage sites.

This will also include a historical walk and visits to Cagsawa Ruins Park, Daraga Church, popular farm tourism sites, and regional traditional and specialty cuisines.

Since Bicol is also known for its cuisine, the region is developing the Bicol Culinary Journey.

This will include not only the best food in the region, but also cooking demonstrations of its famous dishes such as Bicol Express and Pinangat.

It will also serve delectable Bicol flavors at each stop, including Sinantolan, Tinilmok, Dinuguan, Pansit Bato, Chili-flavored Ice Cream, Kinalas, and Pili delicacies.

Tinilmok is a signature dish from Bicol due to the abundance of crab and coconut in the region.
